Cherry City Transmission was amazing! On our first road trip with our Eurovan the transmission went out just outside of Salem on a Sunday. We found their shop via our Garmin GPS System. To our surprise we actually found their doors open, which was even unusual for them. They were in the office doing some bookkeeping as we rolled in. Even though this was a Sunday, Sophar, graciously looked at our van, gave us and estimate, and then went out of his way to take us to a hotel. The next day the hotel brought us back, we paid for the service, and then again Sophar, went way out of his way, driving us 30 miles to the nearest car rental place so we could get back home to Yakima. He refused our offers to reimburse him for the gas. The following weekend we returned and found that all the transmission work had been done along with a guarantee. He also miscalculated his estimate and payed for the additional cost out of his own pocket. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOPHAR & CHERRY CITY TRANSMISSION TO EVERYONE! We will use them for any future service work we need even though we live in Yakima.
