Cherry City Transmissions has EXEMPLARY, PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are from Colorado and vacationing this summer driving through Salem OR on July 4th weekend in 100+ temperatures in our RV pulling a Jeep, when we had transmission failure on the Jeep. We were directed by other shops through AAA who were totally useless to us. The shop who towed our Jeep said it would be 8 days before they got parts to fix it and another week to get it done and the repair estimate would have caused anyone heart failure! We were desperate as we couldn't stay in Salem OR for 2 weeks! By the grace of God, we found Sophar and his staff at Cherry City Transmissions! We had our Jeep towed in on Saturday of the big weekend, when this shop is usually closed, and Sophar worked on our vehicle ALL holiday weekend and got our Jeep back to us on MONDAY and safely on the road to our destination! His fee was far less than what we had been quoted from the other shops and his professionalism and warranty of his work spoke volumes to us! And his communication with us throughout was beyond our expectations. We are eternally grateful to Sophar at Cherry City Transmissions!
